TICKET OFFER

Our dedicated offer for people with disabilities now has its own page:

discover the accessibility offer

The Accessibility offer is reserved for people with a permanent disability. Temporary conditions, such as a broken leg, do not qualify for this offer.

In such cases, a standard ticket can be purchased through our official channels. Visitors are welcome to stop by the Accessibility Stand on the day of the event: if space is available, the team will do their best to accommodate. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed, and drop-ins are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

New this year – Festival OFF

People with disabilities who wish to attend the free stages of the Festival and need support from a member of our trained team are welcome to contact us at accessibility@mjf.ch. We will do our best to organise the appropriate assistance based on individual needs.
